I did a natural look for my girlfriends engagement session which took place in the city. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to snap shots on my phone of her but here are a few of…
Juliette, owner of AMA (Artist Makeup Academy) in Hoboken, NJ reached out to me to be a part of her team to work Uptown Fashion Week in Washington Heights. I couldn’t be more grateful to work alongside her and other amazing makeup artists and hairstylists, as well as the many others who took part in the show. Why was this show a BIG deal? The show is a supporter in anti-domestic violence and their past show really had an effect on people, bringing awareness to the cause. You can read more about it on www.uptownfashionweeknyc.com .
The show took place at the United Palace Theatre. The venue was absolutely gorgeous! The main headliner for the night was Michael Costello, an amazing designer who had been on Project Runway. He’s styled celebs from Lilly Ghalichi, Adrian Ballion, Christina Millian, Toni Braxton, Paulina Rubio, Paris Hilton, Selma Hyack, Traci Bingham, Livvi Franc, Mary J. Bilge, Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan, Mya, Celine Dion and the list goes on! So of course this was a big deal! It was an extremely long day but so well worth it. Leading the team was makeup artist, Damion Gerardo. Prior to the show, I didn’t really know the artists I worked along side with built new relationships from the show and so grateful to have been a part of it.

Till the next show in February!
Ms. Jen Sadama’s wedding probably tops all of the weddings I’d ever done who had the most amount of girls that needed their makeup done. There were 3 artists: one for her and her…
