Besides doing Chrissy Teigen’s makeup for the second soft launch of her foodie site, I also took part in designing the site itself through Lemonade Creative.
The outsider may not notice the subtle differences in design but there were some minor tweaks here and there to give Chrissy’s site a fresher look and a little more user friendly. (peep the bacon favicon ???? – its the icon on the tab fyi)
The shoot took place at Sunday Supers in Brooklyn which had taken place some odd months ago (which I never blogged about). I can’t explain the massive amount of produce that was bought for the shoot. God knows how many whole chickens, steaks, eggs, BACON BACON BACON, butter butter butter, potatoes , onions, EVERYTHING. In the end, it was all cooked for a relaxing sit down dinner with the whole crew.
This sounds terrible but at this point I can’t even remember the products I used on Chrissy except on her eyes one of the main colors I used was Satin Taupe from MAC as well as using MUFE setting powder and MAC mineralize skin finish. Other than that, I’m pretty useless with what ever else I used on her. SORRY! She didn’t want to look too glammed up but just enough for the shoot and suitable for the wardrobe.
John eventually came by and how priceless it was to see him and Chrissy interact with each other. It was moments when the camera wasn’t on them that left us in awe.
We ended the shoot itself with flour being thrown all around and Chrissy of course, with a face full of flour.
