MANA CONTEMPORARY w/ Natalie Golba
May 27, 2015

Clifton Prescod and squad done did it again! Shooting the beautiful Natalie Golba at Mana Contemporary.  This is such a magical place and definitely a place you want to be at. If you click the link you’ll understand why :).  Garry Anthony for wardrobe, Shana DeAndrea for hair, and Monica N. for makeup.

This post will be short and sweet because I am trying to catch up with all of my posts now. I am so beyond guilty for failing to keep up with them. Life is busy! I’m only going to call out the most prominent parts of the makeup I used.

For Natalie’s first and second look I used OCC lip liner in Trick along with MACs Myth. I love love the Ben Nye’s Fireworks  Wheel. They’re creams and can be used for anything: eyeshadow, highlighters, blush- what ever your heart desires. With that said, I used the iridescent pearl color from the wheel as the main accent for her eyes. I refrained from using any blushes on her face as I wanted this to just be browns and such. (bronzers, contour, natural shadows, with a touch of light). Can I just say… that white on white outfit though! I need to make sure I bring cash on me next time there’s a shoot, so that I can shop right off of the rack!

Now for the 3rd look, I knew I wanted a strong gold-copper with glowing skin. On the lid is MAC metal x cream shadow in gold slide + MAC pigment in Rush Metal. I wanted the sun kissed look to have some more color so I added a pink blush instead of a peach toned one. I dabbed Rice Paper on her lips and some of that beautiful NARS illuminator I rave about.
